As noted on our home page, this is a cooperative effort. Hundreds of urgent care centers and medical clinics throughout the country are pooling their buying power to achieve competitive pricing. In order to continue to maintain our competitive pricing, it is necessary that we establish member rules. Our business partners expect to experience high volumes of sales to maintain their pricing commitments. Therefore, it is essential that our members remain loyal to the product lines offered by National Med Network.


1.	Complete the Online Member Enrollment form below to apply for your free membership.
2.	If you belong to an organization with multiple clinics, each clinic will need to be registered separately.
3.	It is important that our members utilize as many of our product lines as possible. This will enable us to maintain high volume usage with our business partners, thereby insuring the best prices in the industry. For members ordering medical supplies, we ask that you purchase at least 85% of your supplies through the network. Please understand this request is to limit "cherry picking" in order to maintain our incredible overall savings. This should not be difficult, since we offer virtually all medical supplies you may need.
4.	Maintain your account in good standing with our business partners.

Upon completion of your application, you will be contacted directly by our sales staff. We will then set in motion the process of designing your customized, user-friendly order template.

TERMS OF USE FOR NATIONALMEDNETWORK.COM AND ALL INCLUDED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ----------------------------------------------- National Med Network and the clinic members participating in National Med Network's Purchasing Network ("Participants") agree to comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing group-purchasing arrangements. The parties specifically agree as follows: 1. It is the intent of both parties to comply with all provisions of the Medicare/Medicaid Anti-Kickback law, applicable safe harbors, and regulations thereto. 2. If a Participant provides an item or supply for which payment may be made or sought on a separate cost report filed in connection with Medicare, Medicaid, or any other state reimbursement program, then the Participant agrees to pass along, if applicable, any savings, rebates or discounts received through National Med Network to the government program for that item or supply. For example, Participants agree not to charge Medicare, Medicaid, or any other state reimbursement programs, and receive as reimbursement an amount greater than the actual cost of the item or supply purchased through National Med Network. Participants acknowledge and agree that this requirement applies to any item or supply that may be charged on a separate cost report, such as crutches, slings, and other separately reported items. However, if an item is merely a component of a service charge, such as discounted supplies that are a component of a patient's office visit, then Participant is not required to report such discounts to Medicare, Medicaid, or any other state reimbursement program. 3. Products are for in-office use only and are not to be resold to any other clinic. 4. National Med Network reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Participant without warning or provision of cause.
